General Questions

What is the life expectancy of my hvac system?

How often you run your system, the system’s age, its make and model, and whether or not it was serviced regularly over the course of its life can all play a significant role in how long your system will last. The approximate lifespan of an air conditioner unit is between 12 – 15 years.

Do you provide free estimate on replacements?

We proudly offer complimentary and detailed estimates for equipment replacements and new installations, ensuring that our clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their investments.

What is the difference between a free estimate and diagnostic?

A free estimate is typically provided by HVAC companies to give potential customers a general cost estimate for new installations, replacements, or significant upgrades. This includes a brief visit to your property to assess the scope of the work and provide a preliminary cost estimate. It covers the cost of labor and materials but does not delve into the specifics of diagnosing issues. There is usually no obligation attached to a free estimate, allowing homeowners to compare quotes from different providers. A diagnostic is a more detailed process aimed at identifying specific problems within an existing HVAC system. Diagnostics requires an in-depth examination and testing of the HVAC system. This may involve checking electrical components, testing airflow, or identifying leaks, among other tasks. Diagnostics are often not free due to the time and expertise required to accurately diagnose issues and provides a detailed report of any problems found and recommendations for repairs or replacements.

How much is your diagnostic fee and what does it cover?

Our diagnostic fee is $80. This fee covers a comprehensive evaluation of your HVAC system to identify any issues or malfunctions. Our technicians will perform a thorough inspection of your HVAC system, which includes checking electrical components, testing airflow, and identifying any leaks or inefficiencies. After completing the diagnostic, you will receive a detailed report outlining any problems found and recommendations for repairs or replacements. The fee ensures that you receive a high level of expertise and attention to detail, allowing for accurate diagnosis and effective solutions. Please note that while the diagnostic fee covers the initial examination and report, any repair or replacement work will be quoted separately. Our goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of your system’s condition and the steps needed to maintain optimal performance.
