Yet another amazing service call on 11/17 2025, from this absolutely amazing company with their professional staff amazing and knowledgeable technicians and a special shout out to our technician Justin who is prompt respectful knowledgeable and very kind. The gentleman is "THE BOSS"!!! No nonsense, knowledge and respectful. 🙂 Very grateful to have these professional prompt and truly friendly people working together with me at all points in good times and not so great times to service my air conditioning and my appliances. This company deserves a 150 out of 5. Erica and Chris the owners are the BESTEST!!!

After getting jerked around by competitors with ridiculous quotes and unnecessary "upgrades," Chris and his crew at Cool Edge gave us a new AC system at a fair price with exceptional service. The previous owner of our home made a bunch of unpermitted and unorthodox "repairs" to our old system and it needed a complete overhaul. Our technician, LaReik and the rest of the guys brought everything up to code. I couldn't be more satisfied, and cannot recommend them enough!

If I could give more stars I would!! I used Cool Edge twice and their Service, quality and value went above and beyond. Alex was amazing and thorough. I had another HVAC company come out 14 times (sent by our warranty company) finally I demanded a second opinion and Alex from Cool Edge came out, after hours and figured out the problem in a little over an hour!! The other guys could not figure out the problem in 14 visits and some of those visits were 5 hours long! So thankful for Cool Edge and I will not be using anyone else but them!! Highly recommend to my friends, family and neighbors.
